Hummus & Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Koepplinger’s Cracked Whole Grain bread

  • ½ cup hummus

  • ¼ cup sprouts

  • ¼ cup fresh baby spinach

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

  • 6 thinly sliced english cucumbers

Directions:

  1. On a clean work surface, spread both slices of bread with an equal amount of hummus.

  2. On one slice, top the hummus with sprouts, spinach, avocado, tomato, and cucumber.

  3. Place remaining slice of bread on top.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
