Open-Faced Ham & Cheese



  • 2 slices of Koepplinger’s 100% Whole Wheat bread

  • Vermont Cheddar Cheese

  • cup mixed greens, shredded

  • 4 slices SmokeMaster Beechwood Smoked Black Forest Ham

  • 3 slices Pineapple, cubed

  • 4 strips of red onion


  1. Lay the flatbread on a clean, flat work surface.

  2. In the following order, place ingredients on the bread: Vermont Cheddar Cheese, mixed greens, SmokeMaster Black Forest Ham, pineapple, and red onions.

  3. Toast in toaster oven for 3-4 minutes to warm.
