Ingredients:

  • Koepplinger’s Healthy Whole Grains bread

  • Avocado

  • Shredded carrots

  • Yellow peppers

  • Blueberries

  • Cucumber

  • Purple cabbage

  • Blueberries

  • Strawberries

  • Microgreens and/or edible flowers

  • Variation with cream cheese or hummus

Directions:

Toast sliced bread until golden brown. Lay out each slice when cooled and top with cream cheese or hummus and one the variations of fruits or vegetables for each slice or how desired.
